Store Sales & Shelf Management:
Maintain store shelves by ensuring proper displays, removing damaged or outdated products, and keeping shelves tidy.
Restock shelves from inventory and observe inventory levels.
Prompt store management to reorder products when levels are low.
Arrange returns and credits for damaged goods.
Call Schedule & Communication
Review priorities with supervisor and discuss product promotions, recent products, and price changes to determine the call schedule.
Visit store managers, department managers, and employees to maintain solid customer relationships.
Answer questions, respond to special requests, and describe product features.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and the competitive setting.
Provide actionable plans based on research to enhance product offerings and performance.
Category Management Strategy




Create and execute comprehensive category management strategies to drive business objectives and growth.
Maintain tools and processes for seamless execution of strategies across the organization.
Monitor and evaluate category performance using KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Supplier & Promotional Management
Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions, achieving cost savings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product messaging, positioning, and communication strategies.
Execute pricing strategies and promotional plans to optimize profitability and customer value.
Promotions & Special Activities
Assist field sales reps by setting up displays for promotions and checking on them daily.
Monitor customer reactions to special promotions and forward observations to management.
Remove promotional displays after the promotion ends.
