Join our Global Technology Services team as an Engineer – Digital Platforms and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of TMF’s digital client platforms. You will provide technical support,
troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and effective solutions. If you have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for digital innovation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for applications hosted on Azure and Data Centers, including diagnosing and fixing issues.
Assist with deployment and testing of current components and updates.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain documentation of support activities and processes.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Proactively monitor applications and manage releases and hotfixes.
Ensure compliance with ITIL & ITSM principles.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years of experience in application sup
