Job Title: Senior Education Counselor

About the Role
The Senior Education Counselor will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, understanding career goals, explaining the program offerings, handling fee discussions,
and converting enquiries into successful enrollments. The role requires solid communication skills, counselling expertise, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents through phone calls, walk-ins, online meetings, and follow-ups
Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and learning requirements
Present program details including structure, duration, fees, and career outcomes
Guide students in making informed career decisions
Handle pricing discussions, objections, and enrollment closures confidently
Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
Coordinate with operations teams for planning the induction to the program.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling notes and conversions.
Address enquiries concerns professionally with empathy and clarity
