We are seeking a Director of Product Design to lead and scale our product design function across multiple product lines. This role will be responsible for defining the design vision, UX strategy, and execution excellence, with a robust emphasis on an AI-first design approach.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of design leadership, product thinking, and operational rigor to drive user-centric innovation at scale. They will partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Executive leadership to transform product experiences beyond traditional UI into intelligent, adaptive, and conversational interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Strategy
Define and drive the end-to-end design vision and UX strategy aligned with business objectives
Establish and scale design principles, standards, and best practices across products
Own the evolution of design systems, accessibility, and usability standards




Lead the shift toward AI-first experiences, including intelligent, adaptive, and conversational interfaces
Team Leadership & Scaling
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Designers
Build a robust, innovation-driven design culture grounded in accountability and collaboration
Drive hiring, performance management, and career development for the design organization
Partner with leadership to define the organization structure and capability roadmap
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Marketing to deliver impactful experiences
Partner with AI/ML and engineering teams to translate platform capabilities into scalable, user-centered solutions
