Role Overview

We are seeking highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with end-to-end expertise across multiple HCM Cloud modules. The consultant will participate in requirement gatherings, solution design, configuration, testing, production support, and client-facing activities for US region HCM implementations.

Candidates must have robust functional knowledge in Core HR and must also be experienced in one or more US-specific HCM modules such as US Payroll, OTL, Advantages, ORC, Talent, Absence, Compensation, etc.

This is a business-critical C2H role requiring excellent communication skills, domain depth, and flexibility to work in US shift timings.

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional implementation across assigned HCM Cloud modules.
Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose functional solutions.
Perform configuration of module components, rules, lookups, validations, and integrations.
Work on data migration (HDL, HCM Extracts, FBDI) during implementation phases.
Manage setup migration from non-production to production environments.
Support SIT, UAT, PGLS, quarterly patch testing and regression a
