Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager / HR Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, performance management, payroll coordination, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic HR qualified capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.

HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.




Ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation.
Handle HRMS and employee data management.

Employee Relations
Foster a positive and engaging work workplace.
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Organize employee recognition programs and company events.

Performance Management
Drive annual performance appraisal and salary revision processes.
Support managers in goal setting and performance evaluations.
Identify training and development needs.

Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with finance/payroll teams.

Support internal and external compliance audits.
