Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and manage the clinical status of critically ill patients in the ICU or emergency critical care unit.
Perform advanced life support procedures, including intubation, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient condition and diagnostic findings.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare specialists to coordinate patient care.
Document patient progress, treatment responses, and interventions in electronic medical records with precision and timeliness.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in code blue or critical event scenarios.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
Stay current with emerging critical care practices, technologies,



and evidence-based guidelines through continuous learning.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Completion of internship and mandatory medical registration with the National Medical Council (NMC).
Robust foundational knowledge and practical exposure in critical care medicine, including ICU procedures and emergency response.
Proficiency in using ICU monitoring equipment, ventilators, and invasive hemodynamic tools.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-stress setting.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
