Backed by venture capital and serving 500+ schools nationwide, we combine human expertise with automation to match educators with schools faster, smarter, and at scale. Based in Whitefield-Varthur, Bangalore, this is an on-site role for a sharp, proactive EA supporting a Principal who leads high-impact strategic initiatives. Role & Responsibilities
Manage the Principal’s calendar, travel, and priorities with zero missed deadlines—anticipating needs before they’re voiced.
Screen, filter, and escalate communications—from school principals to investors—with professional discretion and urgency.
Prepare meeting decks, briefing notes, and executive summaries for board sessions, investor reviews, and internal strategy discussions.
Coordinate cross-functional syncs between Product, Sales,



and Ops teams—ensuring alignment and follow-through on key decisions.
Handle expense reporting, vendor coordination, and ad hoc operational tasks with precision and speed.
Act as a trusted gatekeeper and sounding board—providing context, flagging risks, and elevating opportunities for strategic attention.
