About the Role

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and execution-focused City Head to lead business growth, sales operations, team performance, and city expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and scaling businesses, managing large teams, and driving revenue growth in a rapid-paced startup environment.

As the City Head, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the city business, achieving revenue targets, building high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Management
Drive city-level revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute market expansion and customer acquisition strategies.
Identify new business prospects, partnerships, and growth channels.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion funnel.





Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage multiple sales teams across the city.
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
Monitor team productivity, coach managers, and drive continuous improvement.
Manage teams comprising multiple units with at least 7+ members per team.

City Operations & Expansion
Lead city launch and business expansion initiatives from planning to execution.
Establish operational processes and infrastructure to support business growth.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, recruitment, finance, and operations functions.
Drive operational excellence and process standardization across teams.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Leverage existing skilled networks to generate business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Represent the organization in local business forum
