The Role

We are looking for a Verification Manager with experience in the development of verification of MCU/DSP systems, to build and manage a current product verification team, chartered to create a series of mixed-signal compute products, and benchmark such systems for a variety of applications

What You’ll Do
Design and Verification leadership: Form, lead and manage a mixed-signal IP / SoC verification team
Problem solving & innovation: Identify novel solutions for meeting the verification intent with quality and efficiency
Technical guidance & mentoring: Guide world-wide teams in technical areas, from microarchitecture to productization
Innovation:



Define and create design methodology and design flow improvements for efficiency and robustness

What Else You May Bring (Experience in some of the following areas is a plus)
Experience in the design of CPU/MCU (sub)systems, compute functions and accelerators
Programming in Python for automation and C/C++ for embedded software
Definition of design intent: one or more of specification, microarchitecture, structural / functional assessments (CDC, test readiness), verification methods (formal / simulation), physical design (synthesis, timing/power optimisation), process technology aspects, etc.
Experience in FPGA prototyping and performance testing
Awareness in mixed-signal design
