Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead and manage key product and service initiatives. This role involves technical leadership, team mentoring and end-to-end ownership of product architecture, development, and deployment. You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders and junior developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications across the full technology stack.
Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical planning, development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
Design, build, and maintain custom widgets and extensions ( Webapps ) for Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator, tailored to specific business needs.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices, coding standards, and maintainability principles.
Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality,



performance optimization, and adherence to design and architectural guidelines.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing technical discussions, gathering requirements, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Drive Agile/Scrum processes, including facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and task prioritization to ensure timely and productive project execution.
Collaborate with internal and external Zoho development teams, contributing to the design and implementation of custom CRM/ERP workflows and integrations.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated, reliable, and productive build, testing, and deployment processes across settings.
