Our internship program is designed to provide practical recruitment experience while enabling interns to develop into future recruitment professionals.

Internship Objective

The Recruitment Intern will assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing candidates while learning the complete recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Search candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
Screen resumes based on job descriptions.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers.
Update candidate records in ATS/CRM.
Assist in offer and joining coordination.




Prepare daily activity reports.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
