Pakka Limited is looking for a dedicated Travel Desk Lead to oversee and
enhance our corporate travel operations.

Key
Responsibilities:
Travel Management

· Negotiate and finalize contracts with travel
service providers, defining transparent SLAs.

· Stay updated on airline, train, and other travel
operations to optimize travel planning.

· Plan and manage travel itineraries as per the
organization requirement.
Logistics

· Oversee company and vendor vehicle management.

· Ensure timely vehicle arrangements and productive
rostering.
Visa & Currency

· Handle documentation processes for visa
issuance.

· Up to Date with travel insurance guidelines.
Hotel Booking:

· Build relationships with hotel vendors for
domestic and international bookings.

· Negotiate competitive rack rates and maintain
standard agreements with hotel partners.
Automation:

· Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and
best practices for travel operations.





· Implement process automation and conduct User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) for efficiency.
External and Internal Communication:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for
internal and external travel-related inquiries.

· Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and
maintain compliance with company policies.
Grievance Handling:

· Address and resolve travel-related complaints
efficiently.

· Maintain records of incidents and implement
corrective measures.
CUG Management

· Manage the distribution and administration of
CUG connections.

· Prepare and manage monthly deduction sheets.

· Oversee the activation and deactivation process
of CUG services.
Quality Enhancement:

· Continuously improve travel systems and
policies.

· Stay updated on industry trends and integrate
best practices into operations.
