Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Instructional Designer to drive the design and development of impactful e-learning and blended learning solutions. This role requires a solid blend of instructional expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership capability to deliver scalable, business-aligned learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end instructional design initiatives, from needs analysis through design, development, implementation, and evaluation
Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and translate them into effective, outcome-driven learning strategies
Architect and develop engaging, learner-centric digital and blended learning solutions aligned with organizational goals
Design application-focused training programs optimized for web-based and virtual learning settings
Establish and drive curriculum roadmaps, ensuring alignment with role-based competencies and business priorities
Oversee storyboarding,



content authoring, and multimedia development, ensuring high-quality and consistency across deliverables
Provide leadership and mentorship to instructional designers, including reviewing content, offering constructive feedback, and driving best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop visuals, animations, and interactive learning assets
Ensure the application of proven instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create creative and effective learning experiences
Develop compelling instructional content, including scripts for audio/video, assessments, and learner engagement activities
Create course descriptions and support go-to-market initiatives for learning program rollouts
Drive quality assurance, usability testing, and continuous improvement of learning solutions
Manage project documentation, timelines, and asset organizat
