Role Overview
The Manager – Individual Giving, Digital & Donor Engagement will build and scale a diversified individual donor program combining digital fundraising, mid-level donor cultivation, and creative engagement strategies. This role focuses on acquiring, retaining, and upgrading individual supporters while leveraging digital channels and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate brings digital marketing expertise, mass fundraising experience, and a growth mindset.
Location: Kolkata (First 3 months) then remote basis candidate's current base location

Individual
Giving Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive individual giving strategy to achieve ₹5–6 Cr annual revenue target
Build diversified revenue streams: online campaigns, recurring giving, mid-level donors (₹1–10 lakh), fundraising events
Set acquisition, retention, and upgrade targets across donor segments
Test and optimize fundraising appeals, channels, and messaging
Digital Fundraising & Marketing
Lead digital fundraising campaigns across email,
social media, website, and online platforms
Manage online donation platforms, payment gateways, and donor CRM systems
Develop compelling digital content (videos, stories, impact updates) to drive donor engagement and conversion
Leverage SEO, SEM, social advertising, and influencer partnerships to expand reach
Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
Mid-Level Donor Cultivation
Identify and cultivate mid-level donors (₹1–10 lakh annual giving) through personalized outreach
Design tiered giving circles and recognition programs to incentivize upgrades
Conduct donor meetings, calls, and virtual engagement sessions to deepen relationships
Create customized impact reporting for mid-level supporters
Donor Retention & Engagement
Build robust donor stewardship programs to maximize retention and lifetime value
Develop recurring giving program (monthly/quarterly
