Description
As a Relationship Manager-Agency, you will play a vital role in the success of our insurance business. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, training, and supporting insurance agents and brokers to drive sales and provide excellent service. You will be the bridge between our company and the sales network, ensuring a smooth and productive partnership.

Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and mentor recent insurance agents, fostering a culture of growth and motivation.
Activate and empower brokers with the necessary tools, training, and product knowledge to excel in their sales roles.
Maintain open lines of communication with agents and brokers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Track and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agents and brokers have access to the latest products, marketing resources, and compliance guidelines.
Organize engaging training sessions, workshops,



and events to keep the sales network informed, inspired, and connected.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulations, ensuring our sales network remains compliant and competitive.
Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to agents and brokers, supporting their professional development.
Identify and address any potential risks or challenges that may impact the sales network's performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related industry, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster robust relationships.
