We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support our logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and timely movement of goods, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations:
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
Manage inventory, tracking, and warehousing.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Collaborate with transportation providers and suppliers.
Resolve logistics-related issues.

Supply Chain Management:
Source and procure materials, supplies, and equipment.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Manage vendor relationships.
Analyse market trends and optimize supply chain.

Warehouse Management:
Maintain organized and safe warehouse environment.
Oversee inventory storage, receipt, and dispatch.
Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.

Other Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and support.
Assist with budgeting and cost control.




Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
Education:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience: 1-3years of logistics experience.

Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in logistics software
Familiarity with transportation management systems
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
