Requirements:
MBBS degree with valid registration from the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Minimum 1 year of post-graduate or clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Proven experience in ICU, OPD, Emergency Care, Ward, and OT environments.
Proficiency in intubation, ventilator management, and central line placement.
Solid clinical judgment, hands-on patient care skills, and ability to handle emergencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information systems.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous career development.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
