Job Introduction
Magna IT is looking for a talented Managed Workplace Services Engineer who can support Microsoft Intune.



The successful candidate will play a strategic role in maintaining this system and ensuring the secure and reliable operation in a fast-paced setting.

Major Responsibilities
Support Magna IT’s Microsoft 365 services including MS Intune & EntraID
Technical support of Microsoft Intune and associated GPOs in on-prem AD
Review of global device compliance and assisting local IT to meet global device compliance goals
Regularly evaluate UEM/MDM system settings, policies and hardware
Creation of configuration profiles, compliance policies, GPOs etc.
Perform engineering, project management and implementation processes.
Coordination of cross service activities
Collaborate with other MIT members to support and assist in projects
Work closely with Divisional IT Admins to help driving adoption and proactively resolve issues.
Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
