We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman / Architectural Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience in handling USA-based architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in preparing Construction Documents (CD Sets), Permit Sets, and Working Drawings, and be proficient in industry-standard software.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
3–4 years of experience in architectural drafting/design.
Proven experience working on USA projects.
Robust knowledge of CD Sets, Permit Drawings, and Working Drawings.
Proficiency in:
Revit
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with BIM coordination.
Familiarity with US building codes (IBC, ADA, zoning regulations, etc.).
Knowledge of rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, etc.).
Experience working with remote/international teams
