The Role
Lead the entire engineering team and deliver a product that has the potential to transform the equity advisory industry and provide transparency & access to millions of customers/investors.
Work with Leadership and influence culture and make decisions organisation wide that has direct impact of business and product.
Lead the entire engineering team, work with architects to identify and deliver current complex features, and services.
Provide organisation-wide leadership, direction and execution strategy including taking company-wide engineering initiatives.
Design, experiment, and implement processes to increase the overall productivity.
Provide technical expertise and leadership wherever required throughout product life cycles,
influence software engineering best practices and own operational metrics
Work closely with cross-functional teams, business leadership team, and a team of outstanding product managers
Ensure the team fully understands the goals and objectives of our company and how their work fits into the bigger picture.
Recruit and continue to build out a capable and cohesive engineering team. Responsible for the overall growth, learning, performance, and happiness of the entire tech team. Lead the team by example. Perform regular performance evaluation and share and seek feedback
