Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review calibration schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain master lists, calibration records, and ensure schedule compliance.
Manage instrumentation spare inventory and ensure availability of critical materials.
Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities and verify service reports.
Support shutdown and breakdown maintenance to minimize plant downtime.
Close deviations with CAPA using QC tools and ensure audit/statutory compliance.
Review shift logbooks, work permits, maintenance records, DCS interlocks, and alarm documentation.
Drive safety initiatives, including BBSI and adherence to plant safety procedures.
