Responsibilities:
Develop detailed electrical BIM models for various projects.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to integrate electrical designs into overall project models.
Ensure all BIM models comply with relevant codes and standards.
Coordinate model exchanges between different project stakeholders.
Assist in the development of BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
Review and optimize existing electrical designs in BIM for accuracy and efficiency.
Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modelling for electrical systems.
Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
Solid understanding of electrical design and construction processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes.
