Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of commercial and infrastructure project business, ensuring contractual compliance, on-time delivery, quality installation, customer satisfaction, timely collection of payments and seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. The role acts as the central interface between customers, door OEM, sites, sales, vertical heads, supply chain, product management, specification teams, and factories.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project & Site Management
Manage projects from order handover to final installation and closeout
Plan, monitor, and execute site activities in line with project timelines and specifications, makes adjustment as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Coordinate with site teams, door OEM, installers,



contractors, and consultants
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ASSA ABLOY standards
Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and address in office challenges proactively
Create solid working relationship with different team to gain a deep understanding of the company’s products and its users
Customer Management & Escalations
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
Handle customer escalations professionally and drive timely resolution
Proactively identify project risks, resolution steps and escalation needs.
Ensure customer expectations are aligned with scope, specifications, and timelines
Lead coordination meetings with customers, consultants, and contractors
Address common complaints for the target market and look for problems that need solving
Cross-Functional Interface Management
