Role overview

As Team Lead - Sales (US Market), you'll spearhead our sales operations targeting US K12 schools, districts, and homeschool networks. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll build and mentor a high-performing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets, leveraging your deep K12 domain expertise and proven US market success. This is a hands-on leadership role in a quick-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed sales team focused on the agile US market.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to US regions aligned with BrightChamps’ mission to deliver interactive coding and AI education globa​lly.




Set and track sales targets and KPIs based on US market
Oversee pipeline management, CRM usage, and sales reporting for US markets
Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and passion for BrightChamps’ mission to empower the next generation of tech leaders among your team.

Requirements
3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in team leadership, ideally in international or global sales.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Robust leadership and coaching skills to motivate teams across cultures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
Multilingual skills relevant to target US markets are a plus
Experience using CRM tools and analytics to drive data-informed decisions
Excellent communication skills for US stakeholders; ability to work IST-US time overlap.
