Role & Responsibilities
Conduct in office quality inspections for interior works including
flooring, tiling, wall paneling, false ceiling, cased goods,
millwork, loose furniture, and FF&E;
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes,
and applicable standards
Inspect materials delivered to site against approved Material
Approval Requests (MARs) and technical specifications
Assist planning team in sequencing of works and Hand Over / Take
Over processes
Implement Quality Control procedures including ITPs, MIRs, and
WIRs on site
Maintain inspection reports, test records, NCRs (Non-Conformance
Reports), and corrective action logs
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors
to resolve quality issues
Participate in client, consultant, and internal quality review meetings
Support preparation of monthly quality reports and improvement recommendations
Requirements
Required Experience & Education
Diploma / B.E.
in Civil Engineering / B.Arch / Certification in
Interior Design
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management and
execution of interior fit-out projects
Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and
vendor shop drawings
Experience working with contracting firms or project management
organizations on high-end fit-out projects from start to completion
Experience in hotel projects will be preferred
