Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Takwe - Pune

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Industries: Rubber

Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality, maintenance).
Team Management:
Supervise and train production staff.
Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.
Quality Control:
Ensure products meet quality standards.
Implement quality improvement initiatives.
Safety and Compliance:
Maintain a secure working workplace.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements.
Reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize resources.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry/Diploma

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
