We are looking for a high-performing and self-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at 2Base Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building robust client relationships, and expanding our market presence for IT services and digital solutions.

This role requires both individual contribution and strategic ownership, including leading sales initiatives, guiding junior team members, and managing key accounts. If you have a passion for technology, consultative selling, and business growth, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound channels, referrals, and market research
Drive recent business opportunities for web, mobile, and enterprise software development services
Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Handle key accounts and high-value clients, ensuring long-term relationship building and business growth




Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Lead client discussions, discovery sessions, and solution presentations
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT and digital transformation solutions
Collaborate with delivery, design, and marketing teams to create proposals and win deals.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams
Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools and provide regular forecasts and reports
Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline management
Represent the company in networking events, client meetings, and industry forums
Take ownership of revenue targets and contribute to team-level sales performance
Support and guide junior business development executives when required

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant education/experience
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales within IT services or digital solutions
Proven ability to close deals
