Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Sector 5, Kolkata

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:
Zoho Books Management:
Extensive hands-on experience with the latest version of Zoho Books
Manage Zoho dashboards and ensure accuracy in reports and data.
Tax Compliance:
Handle GSTR filing, TDS payments, and statutory compliance accurately and on time.
Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and compliance with applicable regulations.
Banking and Reconciliation:
Manage and oversee banking transactions and ensure accurate reconciliations.
Maintain and review financial records regularly to identify discrepancies.
Financial Reporting:
Generate detailed financial reports and analyze data using Zoho tools.
Present financial summaries and insights to management.
Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Skills Required:




Proficiency in Zoho Books and Zoho Dashboard management
Robust knowledge of GSTR filing, TDS payments, and compliance
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Ability to generate and analyze reports efficiently

Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
