We are looking for a high-caliber UI/UX Designer to lead design for complex web applications. This role requires robust product thinking, user-centered design capability, and the ability to build scalable design systems.
This is not a visual-only role — we need someone who understands usability, interaction logic, and product architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX thinking for web-based products and platforms
Create user journeys, wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
Build and maintain scalable design systems
Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on insights
Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams
Ensure accessibility and usability best practices
Required Experience
6–10+ years in UI/UX design for web applications
Solid portfolio demonstrating web product work (SaaS / enterprise preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools)
Solid understanding of UX research and interaction design
Experience working closely with engineering teams
