We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager – MBO to drive business performance across a cluster of Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). The role will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, strengthening distributor/retailer relationships, improving product visibility, and ensuring effective execution of BIBA's retail strategy across the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MBO , excellent market understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Management
Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned MBO cluster.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue and profitability targets.
Develop territory-wise business plans and sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Monitor sales performance and identify gaps, opportunities and corrective actions.
Ensure effective achievement of target vs. achievement, growth %, productivity and other business KPIs.
MBO / Dealer Management




Develop and maintain solid relationships with MBO owners, dealers and key business partners.
Identify and onboard current MBOs to expand BIBA's distribution and retail footprint.
Negotiate and drive business with key accounts while maintaining commercial discipline.
Ensure optimum assortment, stock availability and replenishment at MBOs.
Monitor retailer-wise performance and develop action plans for underperforming accounts.
Market & Competition
Maintain solid understanding of the local market, customer profile and competitive landscape.
Track competitor brands, pricing, promotions, product assortment and market activities.
Identify new market opportunities and potential locations/accounts for expansion.
Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to the management team.
Product & Visual Merchandising
Ensure the right product assortment and depth across MBOs based on market potential.
