Your Role - SAP Cutover manager
Lead end-to-end SAP cutover planning, execution, and governance for large-scale transformation and implementation programs.
Develop and manage integrated cutover plans, ensuring alignment across business, IT, SAP functional, technical, and third-party teams.
Coordinate go-live readiness activities, risk assessments, issue resolution, contingency planning, and hypercare support.
Track cutover milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, providing regular status reporting to program leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure successful transition from project implementation to business operations with minimal disruption and adherence to project timelines

Your Profile
8+ years of experience in SAP program delivery, cutover management, release management, or large-scale ERP transformation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP Cutover Strategy, Go-Live Planning, Deployment Management, and Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination.
Proven experience managing complex dependencies, risk mitigation, business readiness,



and command center activities during go-live.
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to drive decisions in high-pressure settings.

Experience working with global teams, Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies, and enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs.
