Market Research: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities or adjust strategies accordingly
Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting new business prospects and generating business leads to conversion
Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conducting product presentations, discussing the perks, and negotiating pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
Pipeline Management: Managing and tracking the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas as mutually agreed
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Reporting and Documentation:



Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. This often includes using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads and sales.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinating with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes and to maximize client satisfaction.
Follow-ups and After-Sales Service: Ensuring clients are happy with their purchases, addressing post-sale issues, and seeking opportunities for repeat business.
