Responsibilities -
Work closely with our tech, design, and leadership teams to create solutions that match what our customers need.
Chat with potential customers, understand their business challenges, and explain how Pump can make their lives easier and save them money.
Outbound through various channels including email, cold call, LinkedIn, etc.
Show why our tech is valuable, whether you're talking to tech experts or those new to it all.
Understand our product roadmap and make sure our solutions align with what our clients are looking for.
Keep strong ties with key customers. Be the bridge between customers and our teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
