About the Role

We are hiring Growth Executives to support the firm’s client acquisition and engagement efforts. This role involves handling initial client interactions, understanding requirements, presenting appropriate legal service options, and driving conversions through structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement
Handle inbound and outbound client enquiries via calls and email




Build rapport with potential clients and understand their requirements

Lead Management
Schedule consultations and share relevant service options
Provide quotations and follow up consistently until closure

Solution Selling
Clearly communicate the firm’s value proposition
Recommend suitable services aligned with client needs

CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
Track pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups

Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to improve service understanding and delivery
Contribute to enhancing overall client experience

Training & Development
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and performance

Proactive Execution
Identify new opportunities and manage leads independently
Demonstrate ownership and accountability in achieving targets
