Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a freelance AI Consultant with valuable exposure to Claude and OpenAI's latest tools. A battle-tested industry practitioner who has actually built and deployed AI solutions in production — not a researcher, not a prompt tinkerer. You bring deep domain expertise first, and hands-on Claude + OpenAI technical depth second.

Requirements
Claude Stack — Must-Have Hands-On Experience
Models: Claude Opus 4.6, Sonnet 4.6 — real deployment experience, not just benchmark awareness
Claude Code: Agentic workflows, Agent Teams, GitHub Actions, Skills system,



Claude Code Security
Claude Cowork: Knowledge worker automation, Excel/PowerPoint integration, industry plugin configuration
MCP: Building/configuring MCP servers, enterprise connectors (Slack, Drive, Salesforce, Jira), security posture
API & SDK: Claude Agent SDK, Files API, Citations API, Prompt Caching, Context Compaction, structured outputs

OpenAI Stack — Must-Have Hands-On Experience
Models: GPT-5x — knowing when to use reasoning vs standard models
Agents SDK: Multi-agent pipelines, handoffs, guardrails, Responses API
Knowledge of AgentKit, ChatKit
Tool Use: Function calling, parallel tools, web search, code interpreter, file search
RAG & Knowledge: Vector Store, retrieval strategies, fine-tuning trade-offs
Evals: Automated evaluation frameworks, LLM-as-judge, prompt regression testing
