Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and plan manpower proactively.
Build a transparent TA roadmap to support expansion across branches and business lines.
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection and onboarding.
Handle hiring requirements across Operations, Sales, SCM, Warehouse, Transport, Customs, Finance, and Support roles.
Drive bulk hiring for operations and critical niche hiring for leadership roles.
Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Build effective pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and industry mapping.
Create robust talent pools for high-demand roles.
Implement Boolean search, targeted sourcing, and market intelligence for niche logistics roles.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements and timelines.
Provide regular updates, insights, and dashboards on hiring progress.




Ensure timely coordination for interviews and feedback.
Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives across social media and hiring platforms.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking forums.
Process Excellence
Improve recruitment processes, TAT, and candidate quality.
Use data-driven hiring metrics to improve decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all HR and industry regulations.
