About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance processes at our Rajpura site. The ideal candidate will bring solid technical expertise, hands-on experience with precision tools, and the ability to ensure products and processes meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, implement, and monitor quality management systems across the site.
Oversee calibration processes, precision measuring tools, and inspection equipment.
Interpret and review technical blueprints and engineering drawings for compliance.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions to resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, SOPs, and audits.




Train and guide the team on quality standards, systems, and best practices.
Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance and improvement measures.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in quality management within manufacturing/engineering industry.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality inspection equipment.
Solid knowledge of calibration techniques and ability to read blueprints.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Solid communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
