Process Control: Monitoring parameters for pre-treatment, CED (Cathodic Electro-Deposition), primer, and topcoat applications to ensure they meet specifications.
Quality Inspection: Conducting inspections z dry film thickness, adhesion tests, gloss meter testing) to detect defects like runs, sags, blisters, or contaminants.
Defect Analysis & Troubleshooting: Identifying the root cause of paint defects and coordinating with senior engineers for corrective actions.
Manpower Coordination: Assisting in the management of technicians and operators to ensure effective work distribution.
Maintenance Support: Participating in preventive maintenance for paint booths, ovens, and paint circulation systems.
Safety & 5S activities.
