Responsibilities:
Provide expert medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for critically ill patients in the ICU and Emergency Department.
Lead and coordinate emergency response protocols during acute medical crises, including cardiac arrest, sepsis, and respiratory failure.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions, including multi-organ failure and chronic disease exacerbations.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, residents, and interns in clinical decision-making, procedural skills, and patient management.
Collaborate closely with specialists across departments (e.g., cardiology, nephrology, surgery) to ensure comprehensive, integrated care.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, morbidity and mortality reviews,



and clinical audits to enhance patient safety and care delivery.
Stay current with the latest medical research, guidelines, and advancements in critical care and emergency medicine.
Contribute to hospital-wide training programs, simulation drills, and emergency preparedness planning.

Requirements:
MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Medicine (MD/DM in Internal Medicine or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years of proven clinical experience in ICU and Emergency Medicine within a hospital setting.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and active license to practice.
Demonstrated expertise in managing critical care scenarios including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support (ACLS/ATLS).
Solid proficiency in emergency diagnostics, resuscitation techniques, and rapid clinical decision-making under pressure.
