We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

You’ll work closely with founders and team leads to help build a strong, people-first workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and policies
Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes

Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
Support performance review cycles and feedback processes
Help foster a positive and inclusive work culture

Compliance & Admin




Ensure HR practices align with company policies and statutory requirements
Support audits, reports, and HR MIS as needed
Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, consultants, etc.)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
0–3 years of experience in an HR or people operations role
Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR tools
