Business Development
Develop and submit proposals and concept notes to generate business for the domain
Take initiatives to build relationship with potential clients
Represent MSC at conferences/webinars etc.

Actively engage in Marketing Activities and participate in Digital Media dialogues (blogs, discussion forums etc.)

Conduct “Quality of Delivery”/Feedback assessments with team members after assignment execution in line with the quality control guidelines

Business Execution
Lead the design and execution of M&E; frameworks, theories of change, logframes, and KPIs across financial inclusion, livelihoods, or development finance projects.
Manage baseline, midline, and endline assessments; oversee data quality assurance, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with program teams and partners to embed adaptive learning and course-correction mechanisms into implementation cycles.
Drive the development of evaluation reports, learning briefs, and impact narratives for diverse stakeholders including donors, government, and financial institutions.
