Role Purpose: This position is responsible for Handling Maintenance General shift activities and to ensure proper
Preventive maintenance activities and monitoring the systems are carried out on time to ensure the smooth
running of Plants

RCA, CAPA and 8D analysis
RCM study
Troubleshooting

Machine maintenance and breakdown maintenance
PM planning and scheduling
CMMS
Troubleshooting

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES)
PM Execution
Finalize the PM activities with Planner
Finalize the resources (Manpower, Tools & Spares) needed for execution
Execution of PM as per schedule
Manpower deployment for PM execution
Report activities & time slippages
-Ensure PM checklist to be filled by Technician
-Daily PM entry in ERP.
Get deviation approval from Production Head & PPC
Developmental activities
Study related to developmental activity raised from either production or maintenance team.
ECM complaint to be raised for any engineering change in sanjan plant.




Recent Machine Installation support.
Prerequisite requirement for current machine installation, machine modification, machine shifting
Proposal for any developmental activities.
Cost approval of developmental work from maintenance manager.
Attain Project Meeting and update the status to manager Weekly.
Planning and execution of developmental work / activities.
Deputing the technicians as per their skills to be required to execute the work.
Inpection of Material or machine on vendor's site if required i.e compressor service.

Involve in Capex project and Support for data collection to study and analysis.
