Position: Asst. Manager - Sales

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning
Create and implement sales plans (monthly / quarterly / annual) for assigned territory or segments.
Forecast sales, order bookings & revenue; set targets for team and individual members.
Monitor performance vs plan; adjust approach to ensure targets are met.
Business / Project Acquisition
Identify new business opportunities: recent clients, recent projects, tenders.
Prepare technical & commercial proposals / quotations.
Participate in tender processes; understand specifications, standards, competitor offerings.
Channel / Distributor / Partner Management
Build, manage, and motivate the channel/distributor network.
Travel and meet with channel partners / dealers / subcontractors to ensure good reach & brand representation.
Deliver trainings, product demos, promotional activities via partners.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing customers: contractors,



panel-builders, OEMs, consultants, government bodies.
Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, technical issues.
Ensure good after-sales service and support where applicable.
Team Leadership & Cross‐functional Collaboration
Lead, coach and mentor the sales team; set performance goals, review progress, give feedback.
Work closely with engineering / product / technical support / operations / supply chain to ensure product meets customer requirement and orders are delivered on time.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, new product developments, pricing.
Provide feedback to product / marketing teams for enhancements, positioning, promotional tactics.
