TIBCO Build Engineer JOB Description:
Build a high-performance prod / Non-Prod Environment
Review request for changes (Business and Functional requirements, etc).
Troubleshoot to determine root cause of problems in Production environments
Pro-active analysis and monitoring of Production applications
Implement workarounds and temporary fixes
Perform Application and Middleware logs analysis
End-end Incident tracking and client follow-up, including post-mortem
Work with 3rd level support (Product owner, application owner or Vendor) to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Define and execute Contingency plans for applications (COB)
EOL, EOS Track and fulfilment
Participate on Technical Audit review
Provide support to Capacity Planning and Performance Management teams
Be responsible for problem management including managing outages, resolution, co-ordination with stakeholders and communication Ensure control processes are in place in alignment with client policies Provide 24x7 on call problem resolution

Requirements
Knowledge/Experience:




Strong Administration knowledge on TIBCO EMS, TIBCO BW, TRA, HAWK
Solid knowledge on Linux operating systems
Solid background on the Unix with scripting (Unix Shell, perl, phyton)
Solid knowledge of security (SSL) Configuration
TIBCO EMS : installation, configuration, Setup routes, Setup MSPKI certificates
TIBCO BW: Configure domains, Package deployments (frontend/backend)
Setting up the Monitoring rules through HAWK/ITRS/Nastel/AppDynamics
Excellent problem-solving knowledge
