Total 5+ years of retail experience in the fashion industry, min

2 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store

manager handled a team of 5+ people.

â Expert in Microsoft office.

â Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and

exceeding customer expectations.

â Exceptional customer service orientation with a robust focus

on customer satisfaction.

â Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure

smooth and productive store operations.

â Solid team leadership skills to lead and inspire a team.

â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective

team interaction and conflict resolution.

â Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data,

identify trends, and make informed decisions.

â Proficiency in store operations, including visual merchandising,
