Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Release Manager to manage end-to-end release processes across multiple environments. The role involves ensuring smooth deployments, managing CI/CD pipelines, and coordinating across development, QA, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Salesforce settings (Sandboxes/Orgs) across the project lifecycle.
Implement and manage branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless releases.
Handle code deployments and version conflict resolution.




Conduct release readiness reviews and support Go/No-Go decision-making.
Ensure adherence to release governance and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

â 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Release Manager

â Solid experience in Salesforce environment management (Sandboxes/Orgs)

â Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools:
GitLab- This is mandatory
Copado
Flosum
Jenkins

â Strong knowledge of:
Branching strategies
Version control
Deployment processes

â Experience in release management and coordination across teams

Soft Skills
Strong coordination and stakeholder management
Excellent problem-solving skills
