We are looking for a passionate HR Executive – People Development to drive employee growth, engagement, and performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

â Plan and execute Learning & Development (L&D;) programs

â Support performance management & appraisal cycles

â Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives

â Identify training needs & skill development plans

â Coordinate onboarding, training sessions & workshops

â Track employee progress and maintain L&D; reports

â Collaborate with managers for talent development strategies

â Promote a culture of continuous learning & growth

Requirements
Experience in Learning & Development / HR Generalist role
Strong communication & presentation skills
Knowledge of performance management systems




Ability to design and deliver training programs
Employee engagement & retention strategies
Analytical mindset (training effectiveness, HR metrics)
Robust interpersonal & coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA / MSW in Human Resources
Experience in IT / corporate / manufacturing environment preferred
