Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions as per client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Support) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Understand business workflows and map them to system functionalities.
Provide training, support, and documentation for clients during onboarding.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and support project managers in execution.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate resolutions.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of implementation tasks.
Requirements
Required Skills
MBA in Operations, Systems, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.
Basic understanding of software systems, workflows, or technical concepts.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or any technical tools (added advantage).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
