Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow).
Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS / IFRS).
Handle taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Ensure budgeting and forecasting processes are accurate and up to date.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain banking relationships, manage cash flow, and oversee fund management.
Support financial planning, cost analysis, and internal control improvements.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and tax laws.
Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
CA qualification from ICAI (mandatory).
Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
Solid knowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP systems and MS Excel.
Excellent understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in [Industry e.g., Manufacturing, FMCG, Real Estate, IT, or Financial Services].
Exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS) is an added advantage.
